Default Doing New Clutch Install, Clutch Fork?

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for reading, please reply!

Today I received my Stage 3 ClutchMasters 4 puck from Modern Performance.

Clutchmasters Stage 3/4 Clutch w/ Steel Flywheel 03-05 Neon SRT - 03-05 Dodge SRT4 Drivetrain Parts, Clutches, Axles, Short Throw Shifters, Booger

My plan was to take the clutch to my local auto shop to get installed in the next week or so.

Although, I've been doing a lot of reading and it seems like I need to also get the "Clutch Fork"

I was wondering where the best place to buy this is, the dealer? any other places online sell it?

Only place I have found it is MoparSuperCenter.com, and they are selling it for $152 not including shipping.

Also, is there ANY other parts that should be necessary to install with my clutch and/or Clutch Fork. Such as the "pivot ball" etc etc.

Also if I am suggested to go to the dealer, is that what it is called? Clutch Fork? or does anyone have a part #?

The MPx Clutch Pedal Pivot Arm and Bushing looks promising? Any reviews on this?
MPx Clutch Pivot Arm and Bushing 03-05 SRT4 - 03-05 Dodge SRT4 Drivetrain Parts, Clutches, Axles, Short Throw Shifters, Booger

Thanks and please give me all the suggestions you can! Thanks!

Thats a decent price ($152)
will be hard to beat that at a dealer, unless you know someone
(on the other hand, mine was barely worn after over 100,000 miles, so ya never know)
You'd wanna get a Throw out bearing (clutch release bearing) if the clutch didnt come with it
pivot ball cant hurt, make sure to give the year of the tranny.
thats really it, TOB, pivot ball, TOB fork and clutch.
new clutch bolts are good as well.

Personally I left the pivot ball in last time, sometimes the cap pops off when you remove the tob fork, I popped it back on
on the other hand , it's only a couple bucks
I thnk the technical name is clutch release fork.
But I think on forum vendors they call it throw out bearing fork
same thing lol
