Could be. How much travel do you have from teh slave???? After talking with Nivo, he usually see's about 7/8" if I recall correctly. I see a tad more than that.
You mean travel from the Slave while it is installed?
Or while I am bleeding?
After installing it. Crawl under it and get a tape measure next to it. Have someone puch teh pedal down while you watch to see how far it's moving. Mine moves about 15/16th - 1" Nivo said around 7/8th's is what he's been seeing.

NIVOS A guy?..... I thought person was female type.
trager , vschaos , or RUSH , did any of you guys find out what the problem was getting into gear ?
Shit . Dodge pissed me off with "It will be here in a couple of days." I ordered the slave cylinder on Friday thinking it would be here Monday and they said, "Oh Wednesday." I could have driven 2 hrs and picked up on Saturday. I will post up tomorrow evening with results of my slave cylinder install.

No. I tried extending the slave arm like I mentioned earlier, but that didn't help at all. I extended it about 3/8" using a 8mm 1/4" drive socket and a 1/4" square dowel cut down to size. I didn't notice any difference so I took it out right away. I am still waiting to hear back from Fully Built so I can either get a new clutch from them or my money back. At this point, the stock clutch is looking pretty nice.
I picked up the slave cylinder (finally) during lunch today. I will be installing it this evening around 6pm. I will post up the outcome of the install. If it doesn't work.........."it's back to the lab again"

We'll it's "back to the lab." I installed the slave cylinder and bled all the air bubbles, reinstalled it, and pump the clutch pedal about 50 times. I started the car and the car still won't go into gear no matter what way I adjust the clutch pedal. I even rebleed it three times to make sure no bubbles were still in the line. So I did a little test which consisted of putting the car in gear, pushing the clutch in, and starting it. The car jerked in every gear to include reverse. So the clutch is definitely grabbing, but it won't disengage to allow me to allow me to put it into gear. I'm almost positive that I have a faulty clutch. Stay tuned to see what happens when we pull the tranny out to further diagnose the problem. Anybody else out there with similar problems?

That's what my car does. It gets worse as it heats up. Is anyone else's affected be heat??
Update: Just bought a Clutch Masters Stage 4 and had it express mailed. It will arrive tomorrow. I'll shit if it's the tranny and not the clutch. If so, someone is about to get a steal on one of the clutches. Anyway, tonight I am taking everything off except for physically pulling the tranny away from the engine. Tomorrow evening I have a friend that is coming over with a tranny jack to help me completely drop it, reinstall the new clutch, and put everything back on. If all works out, I will be up and running by Saturday morning If anyone in the Augusta, GA area want to come by an see or help (the beer and pizza is free). shoot me a pm to dicuss.
Update 2: Tranny removal is 50% complete. I would have gotten further if my freakin drop light didn't freakin short out (not the bulb). I can't see shix in the garage now. Guess I'll buy a new one tomorrow. Anyway, I will pickup where I left off tomorrow after work. It will be 2 of us working on it so we should get the everything off/out tomorrow night and back together late tomorrow night. I'll keep everyone posted

Update: we found the problem. The ACT clutch disk broke because the bolts holding the flywheel in were scraping against springs on the disk. Faulty clutch? More to be said later. I'm too worn out to install the new clutch tonight. I will pick back up in the morning. Maybe this answers the questions of why people are hearing that scraping sound when the push the clutch all the way in. I'm not even concerned now. Why? I got a brand new CM Stage 4

What bolts did you use to hold the flywheel on? Those bolts don't look like the ones we supply with our flywheels.

Last time I changed my tranny fluid, I think my car was on jackstands instead of being on a nice level surface.
So I accidently overfilled the tranny by about 3-4 ozs.
Last weekend, with the car on a nice level surface, I put a drain pan underneath and removed the rubber fill plug and drained off the excess.
Wow, what a difference...it shifts slicker than greased owl shit again!
