Default Booger bushings

Do booger bushings help shifting or will they cause problems later on? Thinking about trying them on the transmission side under the battery and leaving the stock ones by the shifted in.... Good idea or bad? I only have 2 booger bushings left I lost the other one... Getto, for a long time my car was shifting fine now it's getting hard to shift again out of no where
