Default axle popped out need help?

So i finally got my srt-4 back together after a 8 month wait thxs to FnF performance for the long #ss wait. I put my clutch masters FX700 in along with the DSS stage 5 axles. I was headin down the road and did a 2nd gear pull did not slam into 3rd just wanted to see a little of the power. I actually shifted from 2nd to 4th and let out smoothly and BAM. My passenger axle popped out. I was wonderin if anyone else had this problem ever. I just pulled over and jacked the car up and slamed the axle back in and havent had a problem since just kinda threw me a curve ball cuz i know i put the axle in correctly. Any thoughts???

Axles dont pop out when put in correctly. Did you properly TQ the large nut on the end of the axle that goes through the hub? Like actually TQ it and not just gorilla strong arm it?
