friction mod apparently breaks down the fluid quicker. but if you change your fluid every other oil change, which is about every 6k, then go ahead, if not, then just change the ATF fluid every 6k or whenever you like...that's just me though lol

Im in WI and we get cold winters, I tried RP didn't work for me. I switched to AMSoil and FTW for me Still only can go 12K miles on it but that is fine, no modifier.

My Amsoil MTF is excellent during the colder months. Seems to be much more consistant then ATF+4 w/ FM.

since i do my whole 3 gear isse rebuilt wit new parts..will i have to change the fluid in a couple hundred miles or will it be ok for 10-15k?
