So, in order to revive interest in this. I took the plunge and ordered this today.

HYDRAULIC THROWOUT BEARING-MASTER CYLINDER KIT W/BLEED:eBay Motors (item 290330313729 end time Dec-06-09 15:04:27 PST)

The reason i wanted the Master Cylinder as well is because mine broke today. The little tab on the end where the screw slides broke off all the way. I dont know how this happened. Im pissed because it was brand new, my previous one was leaking. FML.

Its pretty much an all inclusive kit for under $215. You would just need to fit everything yourself because its obviously not manufactured FOR the PL chassis. Hopefully everything will fit correctly with come "convincing"

Look up clutch fork problems. The clutch fork pushes on the TOB which pushes on the pressure plate fingers, the problem is that the cast iron wares out so quick and then you can't get into 1st or reverse so you have to drop the tranny and replace it. HTOB replaces the slave clylinder and clutch fork with a TOB that is hydraulic and pushes directly on the PP fingers and doesn't wear out. The problem would be worse with the higher pressure plate loads of aftermarket clutches.

I will be using mine with a rage twin disc and dogbox transmission. I should have results with in the next few months since its almost build time.

The correct fitting for the master cyl is like 15$ for two. Also did you get a spec sheet with your htob? Like extension with the size of the stock master cyl at 1" of movement so you can shim everything aaccordingly? I am working on a kit right now also should be done in a few weeks

You can buy everything from tilton that matt trip sells. We just need a similar mounting plate like his and the rest can be bought and there won't be any question if it will work correctly or not.
