Default Almost Driveable! Pics inside

Okay, i need your guys' help.
So i installed the new shift selector and all that, put everything back together. And when everything was said and done, i got in the car and was stuck in 4th.. god damnit. So i get out and start all over again, loosen all the bolts, and i fuck with some shit and now i can get in 1-4, not 5 and R.
So back out again, blah blah blah i cant fucking get it to go into 5th and R. I called John, (PTperfrormance) and he said that i need to mess with the forks, and get them, and the stick into neutral before i throw the cap back on.
..There inlies the problem, what the hell does neutral look like.
Here's a shitload of pictures, if somebody could take it into paint or something and point out what needs to be where that would be EXTREMELY appreciated. I've calmed down now but i'm pretty sure i broke 2 or 3 of my socket wrenches.

Thanks in advanced

Exactly as the guy above me said, when all the forks are lined up evenly you're in neutral. Right now it looks like you're in 2nd and reverse at the same time. Just don't try to start the car with two gears engaged.

If you're still confused send me a PM and I'll go out to my garage and take a picture of how they should look for you.

I was just looking at this thread again and realized something... that lever is installed on the wrong side of the shaft.
