Ok well considering the base pic this is about as good as it gets. I got it to a redish blonde. If you want i can make the hair a lil more blonde and add some highlights to make it really blonde but it washes out when i do that... maybe touch it up some more with spot healing brush and a few other tools to make it look smoother but that might take a couple of hours... this took me about 20 minutes. The base pic is real low res pic.... you never get good result with low res pics.
If she wants white blonde i can do it but will need a better pic. This one is WAY too low res... there is not enough detail. Will need at least a regular photo from a decent digital camera (cell phone will not work). Upload it to photobucket and send me link if you don't want it public. Tell her to snap a pic with a good digital camera with a neutral (not dark) background and send it to you... i should have enough res and detail to do it for you then.
I didn't think she would like it... it's too red but if i lighten it up it washes out (becomes a solid color) and looks like she has cartoon hair on... there just not enough detail in that pic.

Does she have a handfull of sausage in that pic? Its cut off right where her hand stops in the guys lap. She may have a little knee scrapage as well, you might need to check into that. Or at least get her some knee pads. Pretty girl though.
