Lightbulb Srt Meet In The Hudson Valley Area!!

I am trying to get a nice yearly meet in the Hudson Valley area of all the SRT vehicles. (something like a last time out meet before some of put our cars away for the winter.) Tell your friends or any SRT owners you know that the Date is Oct. 18th At the Anthony Wayne Parking Lot. Exit 17 off the Palisades Parkway. (Rain Date is Oct. 24th). All of this will start at 12pm and will run till the last man leaves! Just to let you guys know there is no lights in the lot. We will have music supplied and you can bring your own food and supplies to grill. All cars are welcome but the main parking area is for SRT VEHICLES ONLY! The only rules we have is please be safe and careful coming to and leaving the show. Just remember the parking lot is public so please keep it clean and no racing in the lot. We would like to have another one next year and not have the troopers bust our balls. If everything goes ok and there is no problems I might just set-up a begining of the season meet as well. Thanks for looking and hope you can make it out. If you have any questions just pm me and ill get back to you a.s.a.p.

Well it looks like the 18th is out. But just keep an eye on the weather because if there is no rain falling or any rain on the radar then we will be there. If it does rain/snow... then the 24th is the rain date. If that gets rainned out as well then I guess I will try this again in the spring. Thank you for all your support and hope to meet all of you one of these days.

Default hudson valley meet

ok well here is the deal... tomorrow is looking better... the only thing is that I am in a car club that is having a car show. It is our halloween show. It is a 10 dollar entry fee and there will be judging for best halloween costume. Also if you did not want to pay for the show you could park outside the tape and meet there. It is from 10am to 4 pm at the chester shopping center. It is in the shoprite and bowling alley parking lot.

South/East/West:
Driving from the NYC/Rockland Co./NJ it would be exit 16 off of the thruway and then exit 126 off of 17. Make a right at the light and then a left at the next light. Stay in the right lane and it will take you right to the parking lot.

North/East/West:
Driving from Newburgh/Becon/Poughkeepsie/PA it would be exit 4E off of 84 and then exit 126 off of 17. You would then turn left at the light and then another left at the second light. Stay in the right lane and it will bring you to the parking lot.

LOL at trying to do meets in the HV. I lived in Newburgh for 4 years, and tried my ass off to get people together. You're better off heading to nanuet/yorktown on thursday nights or poughkeepsie dunkin donuts on friday nights...if they even still do that. its a rice show, but at least people show up. middletown ny on friday nights is ok too. the suby guys usually did something there.

Yea I have been to all of them. I have lived in Nanuet for 3yrs. and I work in Middletown. So I know what you mean. But this one in for today was going to have close to 30 cars show. They all Pmd me at the same time asking about today. Last week there was 10 cars and thats when it was pouring. I had a few for North Jersey and some from Nothern NY so I dont know. It would have been awesome because anyone who wanted to do the midnight cruise could have just shot down the parkway to the city.
