The invoice is for my protection. My warr. works like this....
I take my car to a shop.
The shop says, "hey u need your motor rebuilt."
I say, "I have a warr. that may cover it."
The shop says, "How?"
I say, "All u have to do is call the warr. company, tell them whats poppin and why I need a rebuild and get a authorization #"
The shop calls and gets the auth. #
Then one of two things will happen:
1) I pay the shop out of my personal funds (check, credit card, cash) and
the warr. company pays me
2) The warr. company pays the entire amt to the shop if its not too expensive or the warr. company will pay a certain amt and Im responsible for the rest.
