i used to race all the time down the 37 haven't been there in so long tho. joined the military almost 7 years ago and haven't been back since. miss seaside hghts, six flags (jackson the town i was from), wildwood, pt pleasant and the jersey shores (not the water just the boardwalks were pretty sweet). family moved to pennsylvania and i started a family here in north carolina so no reason to go back to nj unless someone passes away there or something along those lines. i was there three months ago because my grandfather passed away but before that was a good three years when my family lived in jackson still.

is the 37 still cracking down on street racing i remember 7 years ago it was REALLY bad and they were cracking down on it like crazy.

37 is a joke, people taking too many chances racing. Between getting caught or if something happened it's not worth it. Most of the people out there run on the street because they can't prove anything at the track. With 2 tracks within an hour from TR there's no excuse why someone can't just go get a real race with their grudge at the track. Don't get me wrong i've been there and done that out there and kinda grew up a bit and realized what is at stake...

Yeah, there's too many squids out on not only 37... but 35, 34, 70, Rt. 9, you name it.

I'm not going to be a hypocrite and say that I haven't done my own share of stoplight to stoplight 1320's.. but there seems to be alot more inexperienced drivers out there who take too many risks.

And I know that's not the case ... I've just matured and pick my situations more carefully, whereas some of these guys will throw down anywhere and anytime, regardless of the scenario.

But I understand.... I was once a 37 hooligan, but now I'm a track pussy with a little street thrown in

those roads bring back a lot of memories haha . i am a track person myself now i can't afford or risk getting pulled over been there done that. 3 tickets for 100+ that is a lot in the 7 years ive been driving (didn't have the balls to run just pulled over right away all three times). believe it or not tho my insurance is VERY cheap tho .

own a charger srt-8 and neon srt-4 along with the house insurance for 85 a month . can you believe that with two drivers.

but yeah kids are getting stupid by the day passing on the shoulder trying to race in heavy traffic. i mean i had fun in traffic before but not to the extent i see now adays.
