Flashlight Drag Racing~ Greene County Airport, Waynesburg, PA.
Racing is open to anyone who complies with the racing rules and regulations. All vehicles must be street legal.
Rules are as follows…
DOT tires are required (No slicks)
Current valid state registration - Required
Proof of auto insurance - Required
Valid drivers license - Required
No passengers allowed in vehicle when it is being raced.
Safety belts must be worn at all times.
Convertibles - tops must be up or a helmet must be worn.
Vehicles must be driven to the racing venue - No Trailers.
Burn outs are permitted in designated areas only.
Drivers must wear wristband on left wrist.
An Altered Gas Performance Events waiver must be signed prior to racing.
Drivers must attend the drivers’ meeting prior to the start of each event.
Gates open at noon. Racing begins at 2 p.m.
The format is simple! It costs $25 to race $5 to come out and watch. Kids under 12 are free.
