i spent about 7 and a half hours cleaning my car about 2 weeks ago

i usally wash my car with Dawn soap 2-3 times
i wet clay car (turtle liquid clay bar)
dry clay bar
polish it
compound it
wax 2-3 times

and it came out smoother than a babies but, with alot of my swilr marks were gone.

thats on a white car, black cars are totally different.

my red one was the same too, in about 3 hours it was pretty much swirl free and smooth.

at night you can still see all my swirl marks still on my car.
need to compound it a couple more times!
