Strange Clutch Noise

Just got the Clutchmasters Stage 3 put in by a professional transmissions shop. When car is OUT of gear it makes a chatter sound, which is pretty loud, when i push in the clutch it goes away, is it the throw out bearing? Is this normal?

flywheel bolts. they are loose. take it back and tell them to tighten them and to use locktite. its a PITA. good luck.
