Default Price quote, please.

Clutch went out today. I have the stage 3 w/ alum fly. I need a price to get it rebuilt.

Also what are my options as far as upgrading what I have. I dont mind having a agressive clutch. Please include pricing as well.

I am currently around the 400 hp range, I will eventually up the boost some more and I could possibly see 600 hp.

Thanks

To get an estimate on a rebuild we require that you send the unit to our shop for inspection, generally you would be looking at around $300 if your flywheel is still good.

I would definitely recommend upgrading to the stage 4 kit if you plan on upping your HP. Again the rebuild and upgrade price depends on the shape of your old kit.

Please call our shop at (909) 877-6800 to recieve an RGA# and return information.

Thanks,

Will it cost more to upgrade to a stage 4 rather that a general $300 rebuild?

Will the new kit come with a new TOB?

The upgrade should not be any extra. Just request a TOB replacement when you speak to our techs.

Ok, so I have taked the clutch apart, and I have decided to rebuild it myself. I need a price on a stage 4 6 puck disc, tob, and flywheel insert.

I called your shop yesterday and he quoted me $350 for a disc and tob. Dosnt really make sense to me why it cost more for these parts than to have it rebuilt. I also would like a price on the flywheel insert.

Please list pricing for each part.

Thank You.

A rebuild means that we would use your used parts and put new material/components on them, this is why it is less expensive that buying a whole new disc.

The flywheel insert is $100 and I will knock $50 off of the disc and TOB, so the total comes to $400.

If you can PayPal the payment to us at sales@clutchmasters.com, we will ship it out as soon as your payment comes through.

Thank You.

ok, so I broke down and sent the clutch out to you guys. After inspection and talking to Lonnie, he basically told me the whole thing needed to be replaced, and quoted me $695 for a replacement with out the TOB.

I have been checking around and have found a ACT setup for $600 shipped.
It includes a
Extreme pressure plate, 6 puck unsprung disc, Prolite fly, TOB, and alignment tool.

Can you beat that price?

To be honest we are not supposed to discount from list as the manufacturers because that creates competition directly with our dealers. $695 is discounted from the list price of $995 already. I will talk to our techs in the morning and see if we can do anything to get that price down for you, but to be honest $600 is a great deal for that ACT kit if it is the non-modular, aluminum flywheel set-up. i will get back to you in the AM on this. Thanks,
