now im no clutch expert...i have only dealt with a dozen or so srt4 clutches, but i would say that a destroyed clutch wouldnt grab, it wouldnt take out your bell housing. unless the pressureplate itself broke, which is unlikely

it sounds to me like you are a victim of the "clutch bolt issue" that plauges the srt4 community. this is common if you reuse factory hardware, and is caused by a clearance issue between the clutch and the flexplate. the flywheel shows definite signs of contact between the two. a dodge engineering issue that they of course deny. it sounds like the bolts came loose and went boom

i always recomend replacing the hardware when doing a clutch. its cheap insurance. and i, myself, replaced my flexplate as well. why risk it, its only $80 and no extra work to install. cheap insurance if you ask me

so what i am saying is that it sounds like installer error and not CM's issue...but i could be wrong. post pics of the pressureplate/clutch. lets see what exactly failed.

We do have a 90 day warranty, and in most cases even if you are past the 90 days we will still replace/repair your clutch if you send it in to our techs and we find that it is a case of manufacturer defect.
