Question New Stage 3 clutch slips

Hello I was hoping someone from clutchmasters could advise / help me.
Last week I installed my Stage 3 clutchmasters clutch. Last night I'm passing a dump truck on a hill and it brakes frees (slips). I let off it grabbed again, went down a gear and got my ass out of harms way.
Is this slipage part of the 500 mile break-in? I assume it's not.
My next question is will honor your warenty with a replacement part?
I still have the origional box sitting on my work bench so shipping it someplace in it's orig packaging is no problem. The only problem I do have is that I will not be able to get to this till next week.
Thank you in advance for any support / help you can provide
John

Hey Luis can you help this fellow New Englander out. I personally know your customer service is top notch as you took care of me when I had issues with my FX400.

Sorry about the delayed response John. We honor all warenties within 90 days no questions asked, and even if it is past the 90 days we will still get your kit replaced or rebuilt for a minimum fee, if any. I will PM you with a return number.
