Default My S4 clutch is dead... again.

This is the second time this has happened.

I installed the S4 clutch this time last year. My car got broken into and all the bolt on stuff (injectors, rail, uhp, etc) was stolen. On decemeber 19th.

The car was 200 miles away from me at a performance shop while they ordered new parts and tuned it. It took 8 months.

I got my car back this august. I broke an axle on august 20th and it took 1 full month to get a new one (Dodge back order).

Meaning from the time I installed the clutch till now, I have had the opportunity to drive it for a total of 3 months. I do less than 1000 miles a month, so this clutch has less than 3000 miles on it.

Tonight I just did a freeway pull at 15psi (270whp/270wtq, and i have the dyno chart to prove it). I didn't hear any noise. When I came to the offramp shifted out of gear, then tried to shift back in, the same ol thing happened. Cant shift into gear while the car is running.

I just now had someone use the clutch pedal while i had my hand on the fork. When stepping on the pedal, the fork moves (and besides, I replaced the entire hydraulic system at the same time i had to get an RMA'd clutch from you guys)

How am I destroying your clutches WITHOUT SHIFTING at 270whp? I haven't taken the unit out, but I have 50$ says the pressure plate cracked yet again.
