Default My CM S4

Hi, I had called you guys on Saturday and talked to somone about my clutch and the ability for it being rebuilt / refurbished. I am planning on sending it to you guys so you can check it out, to see if it can be rebuilt.

What do I need to do, to make sure everything is done and ready for you guys? Do I just need to throw in a piece of paper saying what is wrong with my name and address etc? What other information do you need?

Please let me know, thanks for your time.

Did you get an RGA# from the person you talked to? If not just throw in a note with an explanation and add RGA# 082807-01-tb.

Thanks,

I got the number and sent my clutch in. They were able to rebuild it and send it back to me in a very short amount of time. I now have it installed and breaking it it. It is working great!!

Glad to hear it all worked out for you Andy. That's some great customer service! My new clutch will most likely be a Clutchmasters if all works out well.

We could take a look at it for you and let you know what it would cost to rebuild if you would like. If you want to send it in please call our main shop at (909) 877-6800 and speak to one of our techs to get an RGA# issued for your return.
