Default Looking for some CM help

I have your S3 clutch w/ aluminum flywheel. I've never had any problems with it before this point (plus I don't know if this problem is clutch related or not..?). I apologize for the cross post, but please read this:

what happened?

If you feel a PM is more appropriate for a response for me, that's fine. Again, not saying your product is bad and I don't want anyone who reads this to take it that way. I'm only posting it here because I have their clutch and that is the main part I'm worried about.

Edit: Is there any way it was the clutch slipping with the scenerio from the other post? I know the tires spun a little bit before it pulled me up to the line, but I'm positive I smelled clutch afterwards. I've only had the clutch in since November, and I've only been to the track twice with it. I've never done a 2nd gear burnout before that one, but they're pretty straightforward to do. Also, with the alulmimum flyhweel I did give it the extra-long break-in as suggested by CM.

Sorry for the delay, this forum has been freezing up on me all day!

Anyways, I read the other threads and it does sound like the Kevlar got too hot from your burnout, which causes the material to melt and get sticky which would cause faulty disengagement (aka: hard to get into gear). Now, if you melted the material too much, the Kevlar could possibly be glazed over now and will not hold the power it should. If you think it is holding fine you could just keep driving on it, but if you want we would be more than happy to take a look at it for you to see if it needs some new friction material on the discs. Or you can just have us upgrade you kit to a stage 4 if you feel it is necessary.

Let me know.

Thanks,
