Customer Feedback - Incredible service and amazing clutch - SRT Forums

Hey guys,

I wanted to pass along some good feedback, too often all we read if so-called horror stories.... this isn't one of them

2 weeks ago my stock clutch let go (after a few months of +400whp), and I really needed something fast. I contacted you over your website, asked a few questions, got timely responses, and decided on the FX400 6-puck with Flywheel.

I asked for rush delivery (mind you I live in Canada) and didn't mind paying for it. I received it in less then 48 hours after issuing my paiement!!! How fast is that. Sure it wasn't cheap, but I had asked for it, and I was able to get it.

I got the clutch installed a few days ago, and all I can say is WOW!! The pedal feel is very near to the stock clutch, maybe 10-20% stiffer if that, not really noticeable. Chatter is also minimal, which was very surprising. For a Stage-4 Clutch, I couldn't be happier.

Now time will tell on how well it will hold up

Quick update after a few weeks, and a good weekend of drag racing. I did over 30 something runs last weekend, pulling some low 12's in the car, hot run after hot run. All I got to say is this clutch is awesome. Again, near stock feel on the street, minimal chatter, and she grips like nothing else, even when doing back to back to back runs.
