Default clutch issue

I just had the clutch installed 3-4 months. when I press down on the clutch, it feels like there is something being caught, and not a smooth press.

can you guys please help?

Did this just start happening, or has it done it since the clutch was installed? Did it happen after adjusting your pedal? Because you can adjust the master cylinder out to a point were the push rod could hang up when going into the cylinder.
