It is normal for them to chatter a bit untill they are fully broke in, 500-600 miles. If it is still chattering after that then there is a possablitly that the clutch was dropped during shipping and the casting got out of balance. Also the disc may have been warped durring install if it was not aligned correctly. Please PM me if it keeps up and I can get you the return info.

Ok, after reading this I feel better. I have had mine in for about 200 miles now. I bought mine with the lightened flywheel from a vendor on the site. I don't take the car over 4000RPM or shift hard, but it still starts to chatter randomly when at idle. I know one of my LCA bushings is bad (I can see it starting to back out) so hopefully when my new one comes in and I get it installed I will see an improvement. I have exactly what is described in b4tn's write-up. Thanks for the link fellas.

chatter is normal in the beggining.... sometimes a loose bearing will sound like this. also misaligned engine/trans.

But the clutch needs some breaking in...

mine did sound pretty loud at first during the break in, but after 700 miles of breaking it in with no boost and not going over 3k rpm's the clutch feels beautiful better then stock

it holds high boost preaty good, 22.5 psi FTW

Ok so im not the only one, i bet it has to do something with the flywheel alignment specs and the step procedure as stated on that paper in the box...most people dont follow it...but mine hasnt slipped only when getting hot it feels like it doesnt want to engage and gets higher...
