Default Thinkin of going Dual nozzle set up

Runnin a M10 right now single on 150 pump at 40-50% duty. Im guessing im not getting very good atomization being such low psi, and such a big nozzle. Ran a M5 at 100% duty 150psi pump and was not enough at 100% meth. SOO thinkin on trying a dual set up, Nozzle before iat and after. Already have tap, just have the one after iat pluged. Have the coolinmis kit now, Was just gonna buy another M5 nozzle and a splitter and call it a day, Until i saw that devils own has a UPGRADE KIT for dual set up for 25 bucks! Just not sure if it comes with TWO 90 degree nozzle holders or not. Devils own nozzles i heard are a little more up to date than coolingmists, And also look easier to clean. Just wanted to check with some other devils own nozzles and kits. Do coolinmist and devl use same size hose and all fittings will fit each other? So whats your guys take, and which route should i go. Cooling mist with 12" of hose m5 nozzle and splitter is about 35 dollars, Not shipped, Devils dual Kit says onlt 3" of hose ?!?!?! this a typo? and not sure if it comes with 90 nozzle holder (devil help me out with clarifying that up) Theres is 25. But does not say what size nozzles come in the kit??? (another question for devil) Not bashing you at all dave, Love your kit, works awesome, Just wanted to see what devils own nozzles are like. IF i dont get any replies from them or they dont clarify about nozzle size 3" of hose and if the kit comes with TWO 90 holders, than ill be ordering next week dave.

If i had the money to spend, Thats on the pricey side. 4 smaller nozzles with the 4 way splitter thats hittin the 150 mark. Maybe just wait and save to go direct port?

I was in the same situation as you. It was get direct port and PIITB with the $150 or buy a second nozzle and probably be okay with what...$50-60 it's going to cost for the T and nozzle and shit?

But if you think about it in the long run, for the best distribution and health of the motor you'd want DP. I think one of my cylinders is getting more meth than the other...

I think my nozzle might not be seated properly, atleast the filter. Saw it first hand today what a difference it makes if that little filter is not all the way in...

Sorry for the late post. DevilsOwn is very busy we are short handed, and every time i post on here me and david get into it. So to keep from arguing with him i just shy away from this forum.

the micron size on our nozzles are in the 22-26microns range. For the 1-14gph spectrum. So its not going to make that big of a difference going from a 5 to 4x1 nozzles.

I personal think direct port injection is not worth the cost for most people. 1 or 2 properly placed nozzles should get you the cooling you need and keep your wallet not empty Dp should be used in applications that are having issues with distribution issues. So you should call and i will tell you how to check for this. I dont' want others to know all my tunning tricks Remember bigger is not always better and 10gph of nozzle should be used on a pretty mean srt. I don't know your setup so its hard to give much advise on size.

Just call me and i can go over your setup and i will give you the 2nd nozzle holder. You should not have any issues rigging up our stuff to coolingmist setup which uses parell thread fittings.
