Default new CMGS-FS All in one failsafe, controller, boost gauge and flow gauge!

Our CMGS and VC-2 Controllers have been a great success but we wanted to make an already great value even better. Recently we have made some substantial changes to the CMGS. The enclosure is now 100% CNC machined Billet Anodized Aluminum. This makes a huge difference in the quality and appearance of the CMGS. You are going to be able to get a complete kit with a failsafe for $300-$400 less than some of the over priced kits you see on the market.

We have been working on a new flash that is going to make the CMGS substantially better. One of the great features of the CMGS is the fact that it is a boost gauge, progressive controller and flow gauge. With our soon to be released CMGS-FS flash, it will be a failsafe as well.

We had several goals in mind:

SIMPLICITY:

We wanted this to be simple, effective and easy to use. Also, it needed to allow for the cleanest possible install. When considering systems on the market to see the advantage of the CMGS is simple. Competing systems on the market would make you buy a progressive controller (typically about 3.5 inches X 3.5 inches). you would need to buy the failsafe module (typically about 4 X 3 inches), you would need to buy a 52 MM flow gauge and finally if you want a boost gauge you would need to buy that. The CMGS-FS combines all 4 into 1 neat package. If you love your boost gauge, you can configure the CMGS to display pump dutycycle or voltage instead of the boost.

Price:
This had to be affordable taking in consideration of all of the features.

Quality:
We will not compromise on quality. The CMGS is all CNC machined, the pump is our 250 psi pump, our new high pressure hose and other upgrades are included.

Tank Choice:
With our new CMGS system you will get the option of our 1 gallon tank or our trunkmount tank at the same price.

Included:
The new CMGS-FS kit will include the following:
250 psi pump
no tank, 1 gallon tank or 1.5 gallon trunkmount tank (your choice same price)
Flow sensor
low level fluid indicator
Water Filter
2 injector nozzles
15 feet of high pressure semi-clear nylon hose
15 feet of boost line (for trunkmount kits, 7 feet for underhood kits)
CMGS controller (including failsafe ability, progressive controller).
Fluid Control Device (solenoid or checkvalve)

How does it work?

Most of you are familiar with how the CMGS can be "programmed". Its a simple matter of just turning the knobs into configuration mode and setting values. Here are some videos to get an idea. Please note that this is the first gen CMGS, it does not have the new CNC enclosure.

videos

The failsafe configuration will work very similar. you will turn the min max knobs to get into the failsafe mode. From there the failsafe options will show. The AUX output wire on the CMGS can be programmed in this mode to stay on unless there is a problem in which it will turn off...or it can stay off unless there is a problem in which it will turn on. Within the configuration you will easily set the flow threshold as well as the dutycycle threshold. If the params are not met the failsafe will trip.

The low level fluid switch will activate the fault input when you are low on fluid. If the fault input activates, the failsafe will also trip. You can connect any third part device to this input as well to trip the failsafe.

What you can display:

There are 3 values that will display at all times. Flow and your fault status and your choice of BOOST, PUMP DUTYCYCLE or VOLTAGE (such as MAF).

Injection MODES:

Just like with the current CMGS, you can inject based on only boost, boost and voltage or only voltage. All current functions of the CMGS are carried over to the new model.

KIT CHANGES
With all of these new features we had to make some changes. The CMGS kit will only be available with the flow sensor option. Currently you can purchase the CMGS kit without the flow sensor. This will change once the new CMGS FS is released. The only choices with the new CMGS-FS kit will be color of the LED (BLUE OR RED) and Tank choice.

You will still be able to get the VC2 without the flow sensor. the VC2 will not have the Failsafe code.

We estimate that the new CMGS-FS will be released in 2-3 weeks. Let us know what questions you have.

Awesome product. Will definitely be saving up over winter for one of your meth kits.

We are close to releasing this for production. We feel this makes a good case to be among the cleanest simple installs on the market especially since this combines a flow gauge, boost gauge, progressive controller and failsafe into one unit. No computer is required to program the failsafe, just navigate through a few menus. You can set the boost, dutycycle or voltage threshold as well as the low/high flow threshold or window. you can also set the AUX output wire (failsafe trigger) as normally open or normally closed. In otherwords you can turn it off if there is a failure or turn it on when there is a failure. When you are low on fluid it will also trip the failsafe.

This kit is 100% complete with the only options being tank size, CMGS bezel and display color. 2 injector choices, low level float switch, flow sensor, water filter, solenoid are all included. You will be able to see the flow rate in real time as well as your choice of boost, dutycycle or voltage. the low fluid level has a visual indication as well as failsafe status. Once the user manual and updated diagrams are avail I will post them as well.

CMGS FS only $599.95
CMGS FS

VC2 FS only $499.95
VC2 FS

If you purchase a kit with these features from any of our competitors you will pay from $800 + and have a wiring nightmare.

For example, the CMGS FS combines a flow gauge, boost gauge, progressive controller and failsafe into 1!!!!

VC2 FS offers the same except instead of it being a gauge its a square box.

questions? Ask.

Cooling Mist FTW! Once again another great product from these guys. I love the Vari-II controller with my D/P kit and I recently installed the standard forced induction kit on my cousin's 07 Corolla that I turbo'd. Without touching anything the car runs SOOOO much smoother on a single nozzle using -20 washer fluid.

you are in luck.

You dont need to buy the gauge you can send your VC2 into us and we can convert it to the gauge for you. Here are the charges:

$45 for the CMGS enclosure. The enclosure is 100% CNC machined billit anodized aluminum. We will flash it with the new failsafe flash at no extra charge and put it in the new enclosure. you will also get the new smaller fuse/fuse holder when we do this process.

You will need to buy the flow sensor $135. We will give you the water filter and low level fluid switch free when you buy the flow sensor.

You will need to pay return shipping as well.

That is a great deal. I dont know anyone that would turn that down. Again its $135 + $45 + shipping.

On one hand if you dont dig deeper someone may think a progressive controller that is $250 and flow sensor that is $135 is costy. You may also think the CMGS kit version with pump/flowsensor, cmgs controller, hose, etc is costly at $600 (VC2 version is $500). Read below to see why in reality its a GREAT value.

Lets dig a little deeper.

another company sells a progressive controller for about $180 or so.
The failsafe is $159
the flow gauge is $140

You need a boost gauge in your car so figure $100 for that.

You are somewhere around $580 to do what just one CMGS controller will do. And our CMGS is user configurable letting you run multiple inputs and more..the other controller will not. And what a mess! Wiring everywhere, controllers everywhere you look. CMGS is designed to let you look at one gauge to see your boost and flow as well as failsafe status and any errors that are occuring (as the screen will tell you when a problem exists)

Now lets say you wanted a complete kit. That same company sells a SRT-4 Stage 2 Kit. The retail is $479. Now you need a failsafe, price is $159. Flow gauge is $140. Figure $100 for a boost gauge in your car. This brings you to about $900 if you include the boost gauge!

Looking at that, you can see the value we give you. Any questions let us know

CM.

Here is a diagram. Just updated it to show wire colors. also, the diagram shows "optional MAF input" you can think of that as optional TPS input for the SRT-4.

We spent many hours engineering this to exceed our customers expectations. Gone is the need for multiple controllers, gauges and failsafes. With the affordable "All-in-one" concept that we developed with the CMGS that is at thing of the past. Who wants to look at your controller to see if a light is lit up, then glance at your boost gauge to see your boost and then scroll over to your flow gauge to make sure its flowing and finally check your failsafe to see that all is well. Who has time when your racing? How about one system that shows you all of that at a glance? You will never think of Water/Meth injection the same way.

no problem we are here for you. After you get the CNC Machined enclosure, all future flashes are free, just pay for shipping! We will from time to time have new features and all you need to do is send it in. You dont have to settle for a controller that was designed 10 years ago and hope it stays up to date with us.
