Im installing a devilsown meth kit on my car, and would like some tips to this stuff...I was nervous about meth, but after reading a little im going to give it a shot. Is there anything i need to be careful with, any certain things i need to do or watch for? Just trying to do things right the first time around, Any advice is appriciated!

You'll notice that running 100% meth will richen you up quite a bit. I suggest as far as your mixtures go, to start with a 50/50 and see what's best suited for your car.

Where are you placing the nozzle?

Hm never heard that. Most of us that are on the manual or boost switch are usually too poor/cheap to buy a progressive controller. Are you talking about the electronic solenoid vs a check valve?

Either way...i'm running a checkvalve and boost switch with no issues. Where you mounting pump? I modified the horn bracket and shoved mine in there. Would've like a different spot but oh well. My horn sounds all euro now lol wtf

Well someone that knows the car will see the nozzle lol.

Only thing I don't like about the washer fluid is you can't really check the level. IMO more of a chance of running the pump dry. Just make sure that thing is always full!

No real right or wrong way to do it. The boost switch works fine. You just set it to a certain PSI to come on at. For instance, my coolingmist kit came with a boost switch set at 10psi. So as soon as I hit it meth stays on till I go back into vac

Creates a air pocket and sometime will now allow the check valve to open. Get the DO floating switch. Its awsome if your using the window washer resevour. Its a pain to check it without

Easy to throw on? isnt it only like 20 bucks? Sounds like a good thing to have for such a small price.

It will depend how aggressive the tune is. If your taking it to the edge with timming and leaning it out you definately dont want to run dry. If your running safe timing and a lil on the rich side nothing major would happen. Just always keep a eye on the wideband

For what it's worth, i'm using the windshield wiper reservoir as well. I picked up a float switch from a pull-a-part junkyard here off a 2000ish Dodge Intrepid i think. Apparently those vehicles had a low fluid indicator for the windshield wiper. It only cost a few dollars and I even got the rubber grommet with it. I wired up the float switch to an LED I mounted in my console so it will tell me when my fluid is low. Also, I wired up a master switch before my boost switch as an extra precaution since I've read where some people have accidently triggered their meth doing boost leak tests resulting in a hydrolocked engine. I'm loving the meth thus far though. I went from 4-7* knock to zero on a 50/50 mix.
