meth kit on a srt

well i know they are a huge upgrade to the evo.. but how much power can you get from running meth/water injection on a srt-4


Well i got a delta stage 3 complete from agp with the 44lbs wheel with alll the other minor supporting mods.. qtp downpipe aem intake all the other mods i have are not really ho gaining mods

It depends on your setup.

all cars are different. With the meth you will be able to turn up the boost much higher.

With the S3 delta setup i would probably run 28psi of boost and expect to put over 400+hp down.

Every car is going to react to it differntly. Why we don't run around saying x horsepower increase with it. The act of just putting it on usually does not increase hp much. Now once you put one on you can usually run more boost, more timing and this is what really makes more power.

I think a lot of people consider it like a nitrous kit. You put it on, you make power.

You need to think of it more like race gas. Using it ALLOWS you to make more power, by running more advanced timing, higher boost, etc...

Plus, the more meth you run, you need to accomodate it by tuning your fuel so you're not pig rich, which will rob you of power.
