Ok so I have an AGP Hard Pipe, With a Devils own kit connected. Its a trunk mount In the left corner of the trunk behind the carpet and the Pump is below it and I used the gromet in the trunk to have a line exit. Then it runs up to a line filter about 2 feet before the M5.. But the problem I got is.. I installed all this on Saturday. And Sat all day sunday.. And I get up for work and its bogging on me today at low speeds.. So bad it was almost stalling..
So I checked the meth tank and lost about 2-5 oz of meth from my tank. So I guessed I had a drip into the IC pipe.. Undid the Clamp and it came dripping out ..Isnt the check valve supposed to stop this from flowing into the Pipe?
I am pretty sure its the Check valve, but any help would be appreciated.. I had to cap the meth line in the trunk, and let the line drip out.
Where is your check valve located? From what I have heard and read, the check valve should be as close to the nozzle as possible since the tank and pump are higher than the nozzle. When the car is shut off, all of the liquid between the nozzle and the valve will drain into the intake piping. Apparently replacing the valve with a solenoid type will get rid of that problem. My kit is still on the way, so I don't know for sure, but that is what I have found the past few weeks of reading.
I had this same problem with my first CV from Coolingmist. I pulled it off, opened it up and saw that the rubber seal had slid a bit off center so that meth was leaking around it. Reseated it and it was good for awhile and then did it again. I Decided to buy a second CV from coolingmist and now have the old one just after the pump and the new one just before the injector. Since then I have not had a single problem with it leaking into the Coldside pipe.

Hope that helps you fix your issue.
Our initial checkvalve in 2004-2005 had buna seals. Buna cannot handle as much heat as EPDM. Since we upgraded to EPDM not a single checkvalve failure.
