Default how to lean out with w/I

I'm running stage2, I have the nozzle 2" from the IAT sensor.

I want to know how to lean the car out.

Using meth/water mix adds fuel, so I believe it still is running rich, just not the gas out the tank.

If I run str8 water it cools the IAT, increase timming,; then what uses less fuel, or runs optimal (which is still stage 2 rich).

Please correct me on my ideas, and how do I lean the car out safely with W/I.

Thanks

IMO, meth adds more timing thn water alone.

straight water leans out your afr's. meth richens.

if its too rich:
raise boost
use a fuel controller
or decrease nozzle size.

I'm confused, I'm running rich and want to lean the car out. If I stop using windshield fluid and just use water it should do the job, right. You said water leans out the car.

I don't think I can really raise the boost on the stock turbo with stage 2; I thought the peak eff. of the stock turbo is around 19psi. I am at 17, so that gives me a tiny bit of room.

I dynoed my car with W/I on and off, and it was rich either way. It's like the car made up the diff. with it on or off.

I'm trying to avoid the whole mapclamp thing.

well the only way to lean the car out is to take away fuel by what ever means necessary(and you feel safe doing)

if you are trying to avoid the whole mapclamp thing you might try putting your Stage 1 injectors back in and dyno it to see if your AFR'S are good but that could lean the car out too much

u shouldn't mess with fuel pressure if u dont' have a wideband. i suggest getting a wideband and a fuel controller and tune the car u will love the results. i don't know if straight water leans it out but i do know for a fact that the meth will make the car run richer.

if u have toys run water meth on hom and it will lean out the fuel. if u don't have toys then i highly suggest to get a wideband and a fuel controller. your car will run twice as good when it is tuned.
