This is a copy i sent to chance@devilsown still waiting for reply from yesterday.
I am going to tune my friends 50trim mods are-
Mods are-
750 injectors
255 fuel pump,bottle neck fix,fpr boost source,fuelreturn line
Racerx catch can,check valve
50trim
Ported 55mm DCR tb,55mm intake manifold, boomba intake mani gasket
DCR oil modifier
ED Super beast Bfmic
Agp uhp, hks bov
Safc 2
Stage 2 with toys pcm
38mm wastegate with dump tube 14lb spring
He bought your kit used with the controller but no nosels.
He is going for 400+SAE hp on meth/91 pump and 480hp on 110 race gas.
I was thinking 2 m5 nosels on the uhp?.
But i don't know anything about meth right now.
And I don't see a check valve with the kit does he need one.
I just need to know what parts he needs to order to get ths setup done. How many nosels and what Ones and the angle to mount them nosels can you give me a price shipped to 94519 Concord,Ca ty very much he wants to get it this week.
I just want to make sure we get everything that we need to install this without a hitch all in working order.
Edit: I did update on some parts I missed and added some things to make it more clear ty.

sean...u shouldve just asked me...
you know im the resident meth whore.
put 1 before the IAT, and 1 after. the 1 before could be in the coldside pipe as well, or in the fmic...
you NEED a checkvalve. run it right after the pump, and before the Y splitter
1 m5 and 1 m3 would do great. 2 m5's is a ton of meth. no doubt.
anything more than 2 m5's and you might be looking at issues and unequal distribution of meth per cylinder (unless you have enough space/time for them to atomize before reaching the runners.
so buy:
1 m3 and 1 m5
or
2m5's
a Y splitter
a checkvalve w/ 2 1/8" ports on the end so the meth lines can push into them.
and an extra 2ft of line (for the other line).

Ty your the only one to reply in this thread.
I talked to Devilsown today And were going to run 1 m5 outer nosel with the 1/8 bung on the uhp.
We will get the check valve too and I'm going to run the meth with the sprayer out of the uhp and see if the m5 leaks after sprayer is done.
Test will be on the dyno if it doesnt leak then no need for the check valve.
If it does then will run the check valve and check to make sure it doesn't leak after the m5 sprayer is done. No leaks then will put the nosel in and start to tune. I will put a bung plug in the uhp to do this test.
I wan't this to go smooth as silk

if your meth injection pump is above the meth tank, then technically you wouldnt really need a check valve because gravity will keep it from traveling any further than the lowest point on the IN side of your pump.
But I noticed that its best to run 2 independant checkvalve right at the nozzle holder. Whats happening is that from the checkvalve, Ive got about 4-5 inched of tubing going to each nozzle, after it sprays, it drips EVRYTHING in the two tubes thats left over AFTER the checkvalve.
I made my "Meth Purge" system, and I notice sometimes that when I do purge (for a split second), it doesnt affect the A/F because the meth in the lines AFTER the CV is gone and has to refill again. 2nd push of the purge DOES work since the lines are filled again.
I think with a 50 trim, 1 M5 and 1 M3 or just 1 M7 before the sensor.

when ya dynoing?
Thanks for the tips guys it will come in handy, seems like eveyone is still new to this.
That's why i contacted devilsown if anyone would know it would be them that's why they sell the kit.

I talked to devilsown for about 30min on the phone and the M# break down Is like this.
M3= 3 gallons an hour
M5= 5 gallons an hour
M7= 7 gallons an hour
And so on you shoud get the picture the bigger the number the more it flows an hour. He said with just 1 m5 that is alot right there but it shouldn't be too much and he said the best way to find out if you need more or less is to monitor your Iat (Intake Air Temps) temps if the temps are close or over 98* you need bigger.
And that's why we decided to go with one M5 and it will be closest to the Intercooler right after the 90* bend on the uhp on the back side of it.
Located on the trany side firing @ the I/c.
We are going to dyno Tuesday this week on 100% 91 pump gas then race gas. So he can see the improvement of the Ed super beast Bfmic & Dcr oil mod over his last dyno.
50 trim@19psi 100% 91 pump gas with the turbo xs Bfmic it was heat soaked after one run and lost 20hp. It could barley hold power after one gear on the dyno.
So he wants to see what it puts down on 100% 91pump gas with the new mods over the old ones above^. And how much he can get out of it
before the meth kit goes on.
Then we will put the meth kit on and see where that takes him we still have to order the parts so it will be like middle of Aug. when we put it on street tune it and throw it on the dyno.

One M7 is more than enough for my 50 trim. Also using the DevilsOwn kit with no check valve. I would like to have one though.
I have heard from some that the devilsown kit doesn't need it. But we will find out for sure. Yeah the M7 is a shit load but the guys that are using 2 might add up to more than your one M7. Too much would be overkill and won't add power in most cases it will lose power. That's what i was told from devilsown I will post back when we dyno with meth thanks for the replies
