would a direct injection kit operate better with straight meth? my thinking behind this question is H20 has much less distance to travel/time to absorb heat from the incoming charged air.
edit: just realized i brought this back from the dead. my apologies.

That is fine. Bruce loves talking about his car. I dont know why he had to copy me with this. Yes, yes, yes yours looks better.
But to answer, everything will benefit. It gives an even amount of water meth to each cylinder so one cylinder isnt getting everything or one isnt getting anything. It is like direct port nitrous over just a wet kit.
Ok, this is sick, we sold this on Friday to a hot rodder. Only coolingmist would do. He actually had another kit which he waited from England for ever, but ended up sending it back and using ours. Its our first 8 port S-HSV. Notice the manifold....

there exist a electromotive force of ~0.7V when aluminum(manifold) is in contact with stainless(clippard valve) in a electrolyte media(methanol/water) ie. galvanic corrosion of the aluminum due to it being more anodic
have you done corrosion test on the mani/valve setup to see if there is any adverse reaction?
Our valve is not made by clippard, our valve is 430F stanless steel. The valve that Aquamist is experimenting with is a very cheap valve made by clippard for use in air application. Its designed with CRS (cold rolled steel, commonly refered to as "junk steel"). It has great magnetic properties, but poor corrosion resistance. Clippard puts a .004 coating of Nickel, but obviously over time and with any abrasion that will wear thin and you will see corrosion.
That manifold that you see (the "aluminum" has a thick coating of Nickel to prevent corrosion of methanol and he is running 100% water anyway).
