with the M10 the 150 would never pulse, guessing it would never make 150 psi, it was just to big of a nozzle for the 150. Im sure 250 it will be no problem. But dave am i correct when i say the 250 will not pulse? So how do you know if its really reaching peak psi? I knew with the 150 cause it would pulse.
the nozzle isnt really tight on the intercooler pipe as it used to be.I took it out couple of times to make sure it was clogged as well to clean it.not when i try to screw it back in,it just pops in,as the hole got bigger..any fixes on that?I wouldnt be surprised if there was a boost leak there.I tapped it with duct tape so it stays in there and doesnt leak when under boost.kinda ghetto

put pipe tape on the injector, that should solve it.
How hard do I have to push down on the orange rings to get the quick release to worK? It seems like no matter how much I pull the line, or push down on the ring, the line won't come out. Is there a trick to it?

If there is pressure in the line you will need to loosen the fitting before you can remove.
Having said that, here are a few tricks.
1) take an adjustable wrench and put the hose between the teeth of the wrench and close the wrench until its just touching the hose and then move down until its pressing against the orange clip. Pull up on the hose and push on the wrench. It will release the hose easy.
2) if you dont have one you can take a screw driver and press in on the slit that you will see in the orange clip and pull out on the hose. Just becareful not to slip the wrench and damage something. This is why I like option #1 better.

Did you tap this into metal or install into your rubber hose?
tapped it directly into the aluminum intercooler pipe.guess im gonna have to get a bung and get it welded onto the intercooler pipe..also as far as damage goes, the check valve and part of the nozzle were dragged on the floor for about 10seconds..they still had some meth in them, but luckly i wasnt boosting.checkvalve and nozzle are totally destroyed from road rash.
i got lucky there wasnt any spark action from the checkvalve draggin on the floor or i would of been on fire
Im running mid 400whp.wat nozzle would work good for me.m5,m6, or m10?
and what bung do i need to order so i can weld it onto my agp intercooler pipe and than thread the nozzle in it
