soak in liquid wrench, that is good stuff.

high pressure 250 psi pump and 500 CC nozzle should work well. Thanks again for your interest in our setup.

Is the 500cc nozzle equivalent to an m5? M12? Is the 250psi pump included in the basic kit?

hi. The m7 would be 500 CC.

The basic kit has our 150 psi pump. All of our kits at Water Injection, Methanol Injection, Alcohol Injection Systems | Coolingmist detail the pump pressure so you can decide what you like based on a performance/price comparision.

More questions let me know.

Being the wiring retard that I am I forgot to put the inline fuse in and I guess instead of blowing the fuse it blew the pump because its dead. I have an older silver pump from before that I hooked up to test on the battery and it worked then did it on the black one and nothing.

if the pump pressure is the same on the silver vs black, you can remove the small switch on the pump head of the silver and put on the black pump. that may fix it, assuming the switch was burned out.

I was going to make a new thread, but I figured I could ask her since I have your kit.

Right now when I go WOT and meth is injected, obviously its going thru all my vaccum lines. Its reaching my wastegate, my bov, the boost switch and my TIP sensor.

To be on the safe side Im moving the Wastegate, boost switch and TIP sensor to one of the taps off the turbo. My Nozzle is installed in the intercooler so its the only place I can get before the nozzle.

Now my question is what about the rest. Mainly the line for the stock boost gauge, brake booster etc. Do I need to worry about those, Im thinking about going 100% meth for track days instead of the windshield washer junk Im using now. I havent heard anyone complain about it, but I havent even heard it mentioned either.

i went ahead and decided to put the 130 towards a DSP instead of the 250 pump, that way i can turn my timming down. But i may still look at it in the future, ill keep you updated dave.

By the way HOW is meth getting in your vacum lines???

A small amount of meth/water can get in there during vacuum. I have yet to hear of anyone that has had any problems due to this. I think you have taken precautions, I would not worry at this point.

more questions let me know.

This is one of my main complaints about the CM nozzles. There is no easy way to disconnect the nozzle from the elbow.

Devils Own nozzles nozzle is part of the entire fitting and has a hex on the bottom to grab onto. Not favoring one or the other, but CM you should take another look at your design, I have never been able to seperate mine. I clean them by blowing air into the nozzle and it back blows everything out, not ideal at all.

Under deceleration what is in the line will inject. The checkvalve for example has a 22 psi spring, the pump can run at 200 to 250 psi, until the line pressure is at 22 PSI, all the water will keep injecting. It does not add up to alot, but it is a small amount.
