How do you reccomend priming it? I'm going to put it in voltage mode then take off the UPP and grab the throttle (car off ignition on). I'll open up the throttle till I see meth spraying then I'll put the UPP back on. I can't take the nozzle out of the UPP because I'll have to remove the nylon line. When I remove the nylon line again to put the nozzle back in the meth would come out and it would no longer be primed. What sucks about priming it is I don't want vaporized methanol anywhere near me.

Sorry for the delay. Did you get this solved? by simply driving around it will eventually prime. If you want to prime it the first time you can simply turn the key to the ON position and touch the pump ground to the chassis.

that depends on many things. The larger the nozzle the less it will likely clog. Nozzles tend to clog from the outside rather than from inside. this is particularly true of smaller nozzles.

To clean them you can soak in a solution of alcohol spritits and then use a small needed to clean the orifice (assuming the orifice is clogged).

As far as why your AFR gets leaner and leaner...I would check to see if you do have a clog and fixing your system.

Remove your nozzle from your vehicle but leave it attach to hose. turn Key on power to the car and then ground the black pump wire to the chasis. See if it sprays. If not it is likely clogged.

Always remember you can add the flow sensor to your VC2 at any time. Most customers that order later realize that they were driving blind without it. If any of your nozzles clog or partially clog the flow rate will change.

Do you have a direct port or single nozzle?

CMGS and VC2 images. These are our new progressive controllers. Very affordable and a great value/performance. Any questions on how these work let us know.

The VC2 and CMGS were released for production in Mid April. They replaced the original Vari-Cool controller.

The Classic Vari-Cool is no slouch either

We just raised the bar a bit with VC2 and CMGS. You can always upgrade if the timing is right. But only do it if you like the extra features.
