I have water pressure gauges in stock. I also have the CMGS in stock.

water pressure gauges are here:

Coolingmist Water Injection, alcohol injection and Methanol Injection systems

CMGS speaks for itself.

I looked on my CM nozzle and there doesn't appear to be a designation of the size on it. What size nozzle would you have provided for my stage 3 kit? Also what is the breakdown on the nozzle sizes and their flow rates?

flow rates are very complicated as it deals with the pressure of the pump, etc.

what exact kit do you have? We have a few S3 kits.

VC2 stage 2 trunkmount with 250 psi pump. I selected the 350 - 500 hp option even though I'm making 300-400

Also where is the wire located that I need to splice into for the TPS signal?

One other thing, how tight should I get the fittings on the pump on the high and low pressure side? Should I just get them snug or tighten them until they're flush?

Thx, that gauge if perfect.... the water pressure anyway. I'm going to upgrade to the v-cool thing later though.

They wont be flush on either side but close to it. I think in the directions it says they wont be flush, I was worried I was going to break the fitting and the pump so after I hand tightened the fitting I used a wrench and turned it one turn (the directions say two turns) to see how it worked and it leaked so I turn it a second time and it was perfect, but not exactly flush.

Make sure you use that tape your suppose to use also. On the side where the plactis piece is (if you have that) I was even more worried but I did the same thing and got the same results.

approx 500 cc/m.

The SRT-4 HOM kit is designed to run using 2 inputs, boost and TPS. Connect vacuum hose to the varicool controller and tee into your
boost source. Connect your 0-5V TPS wire to the blue wire on Vari-Cool. The large white plug on your Throttle body is where the TPS
wires can be found. You will want to strip shielding on the wires back a bit and locate the orange/blue wire. Splice the blue wire from the
varicool to this and you are done. If you want to test it. Turn the key to run and connect the red lead from a multimeter to the orange/blue wire
and the black lead to a ground. Step on the gas and you should see the voltage go from near zero to around 4 volts or so.

you will need to connect that wire to our small blue wire.

Also, you need to set the VC2 trunkmount for 2D MODE. Set the TPS for about 2.7 V on the MIN and 4 V on the MAX.

The M5 is 380 CC/M, the M10 is approx 760 CC/M. the M8 is approx 500 CC/M.

there is no exact equasion to say how much HP for a nozzle. It depends on the following:

Gas engine vs diesel
displacement of engine
horsepower
progressive vs non progressive
how the system injects.

having said that a good rule of thumb is 1 CC per HP. for 500 HP you may think 500 CC/M, etc.

there are no exact nozzles, what you do is get with in a range.

I do not recommend taking a nozzle designed for 550 HP and use for 330 HP.

M5. You have a 250 psi pump, that makes it 490 cc/m.

Hey dave whats your .2 cents on switching from single M10 to a Dual M5 set up? I have the tap, just need the spliter and nozzle. I heard i would get better atomization? <--s/p What you think? Should i try it out? Would the dual M5 at 100% duty give me more or less volume than a m10 at 100% duty? I run the m10 at 40-50% duty any higher i can REAL rich. Wanted to run smaller nozzles at higher psi to get a better atomization.
