David, I finally got the kit to start spraying, well pouring, off of the red boost line. I noticed that the adjustment screw is very touchy. It wasn't sensative enough so I backed it out a few turns. It would then come on at 0 boost. Well, then I turned it back one turn, and this made it come on at 15psi. Long story short, I have found that while setting the psi, I would do it in quarter turns, because it could change drasticly. I would like to see some more pics of guys who have used the 15 ft of hose. Where are they mounting the tank. I have seen one, which has the how too! But that guy is going to end up losing is line to something in the road one day. I measured the extra hose that I needed and it was approx. 5ft. I can ownly ASSUME that some do not really care about whether their lines are well hidden. This is not me trying flame David anybody (It's got to where you have to say that or some people get offended!), I am on his side. I just really don't understand how I can make up 5ft of hose and it still be out of the way and well hidden. Thanks,

bump for pics! hopefully some of you that have our trunk mount kit can post pictures to help out.
anyone that needs more than 15 feet of hose, just tell us when you order, its only a few extra bucks for more hose.
how can u tell what psi the boost switch is at? with just an allen wrench?
You will need to have an LED installed in your car. Hook it to the power and the other end to the NO port of the switch. You can compare to your boost gauge when the switch lights up. Anything else is just a guess.
Thanks!
How about doing a leak test! Can you test it that way!
1) What "tuning" is involved with a Water Injection kit? If I use straight water (not tap!) then I don't understand the need for tuning other than maybe finding the best psi for the unit to start spraying?
If I used any of the mixes of Meth and Water or I have a friend that has Snow Boost Juice for example, would I need to tune that to prevent an over-rich condition?
2) How long does it take on average to install your Stage 1 kit without the tank? I'm sort of on a budget, but not really and I not sure how or where I would mount the tank kit, so I might just go with the standard kit. I have to remove my bumper cover anyway so I can dump the intercooler (yes I have been saying that for weeks)
3) Are your kits in-stock and ready to ship? The earliest I can order a kit pre-paid is Friday and I would like to use it Saturday for racing, so more than likely I'll be running straight water through it. I would need overnight shipping and Im willing to pay for it.
Let me know either here or by PM if you like and thanks

Most customers on this forum dont tune the vehicle for water injection but I can say about 25% do. If you choose not to dyno tune, flash, change fuel maps you will still gain power and have the ability to run more boost if you wish. Your ECU will advance timing and give you more power. Expect a minimum of 18-20 HP, maybe more. Using our standard kit you will just find the right PSI to inject. Using our vari-cool you have many options for tuning.
You can see the picture in the post above this to get some idea.

In many cases yes, particularly if you run 100% methanol. It all depends on your state of tune currently. It doesn't hurt to try running a 50/50 mix.

Our base kit is easy, its a matter of mounting the pump, putting a vacuum hose over the port, give it switched ignition power, ground and tap the nozzle. You dont have to mount the checkvalve, boost switch like you do on other kits.

All kits are in stock and we ship daily. Fedex overnight does not deliver on weekends. So you would have to order thursday to get it by friday. Also, FEDEX will charge as much as $90 for overnight shipping on a 6 lb package, so overnight is not cheap. Its best to call us at the time of the order, and its best to order as early as possible to make sure you get it when you need it.

Im running my W/I on basically a stock setup, what spray nozzle is recommended for this? I've got the kit installed, but am waiting on my new hardpipes to come in to install the nozzle and figured I'd ask to make sure I do install the one that is gonna give me most gains on 18 lbs of boost. Also, Ive heard the nozzle sizes called m5..m10...stuff of that sort, can you explain where to find these nozzles and how to tell which one is which?

which of our kits do you have? that makes a major difference as size of nozzle. M3 =3 .0 @ 100 psi, M5 =5.0 @ 100 psi. At 150 the numbers change 3.9 @ 150 and 6.2 @ 150, etc. The nozzles that come with our kits are not labeled with anything that can identify the nozzle.
for a bone stock srt 4 a M3 is typical. for a modded a M5 is typical with our standard kits. Our varicool will either use the M5 or the M10.
My boost is set "around" 18/16 (it could be higher, I don't watch the gauge as I go down the track), I have a WG, ported manifolds and full 3" exhaust.
Everything else is stock (that matters)
1) So an M3 nozzle would be enough?
2) Is the extra cost of the trunk mounted kit worth the time it cuts down the install time? (you didn't answer that last time )
I can order no sooner than Thurs, that's logistics for you.
I beleive I have the single stage kit, I have no controller or anything, just the basic sylenoids and the pump. its an on/off switch with a boost detector that kicks the pump on.

M3 is approx 4 gph in our kit so that should be fine. With the standard kit you need to balance between too much and not enough. there is a chance that a M4 would work better, but typically the M3 is perfect for near stock.

our # selling product is our standard trunkmount kit and that is by a landslide. Not only is it easy to install but it has a float switch and now comes with straps. Its worth the extra cost for the ease of install, capacity, portability and frankly its reliability. You dont have to worry about priming problems between pump and tank placement.

No problem, call us when you go to order and I can see if I can overnight it through the post office, I will not know if I can do it until you call. We dont ship USPS anymore, but that is one option and if I can drive to the post office for you I will do my best. No promises as it depends on how busy we are and if I can make time. So just call
How many nozzles are included or do you need to order extras?
If M3 isn't enough and M4 is too much, then you really need the controller?
standard kits come with 1 nozzle sized to HP, the controller comes with 1 large and one medium.
The controller is completely tuneable. You can scale back the flow using the knob or change the curve with the software. It has the ability to vary the flow, the more boost you make the more flow you get. You can make the controller come on earlier than the standard kit for that reason. Also, you can set the controller to come on 2D mode using both Boost and TPS or MAF (for cars that have a 0-5V maf).
It has alot of abilities that the standard kit doesn't have. People who get our standard kits love them because they are the best in the business. Those same people that upgrade to our controller like the controller even better. If your not budgeted for the controller then just get the standard kit. Later on down the road get the controller upgrade. If you have the budget, get the controller, its worth it.
