Question Nozzle clog

I have the M3 nozzle and it seems that I am pulling the thing out constantly to unclog the nozzle. Is this common for the M3? Also what would you suggest our spark plug gap be using Denso Iridiums, with M3 and M5 nozzles?

does it clog from the inside or outside? Use filtered water if its clogging from the inside. If its clogging from the outside, that means you are getting alot of debris past your air filter. The smaller nozzles will clog easier than the large ones, but something still sounds wrong as it should not clog so fast...unless you water is dirty.

About spark plug gap, frankly I have absolutely no data on that. Maybe someone else can jump in?

as far as gap goes you should lower the gap depending on how boost you are running...W/I shouldn't affect the spark as it pretty much evaporates by the time it reaches the combustion chamber.

I'm not sure why your nozzles are clogging so often as that just shouldn't happen unless you are using mineral or spring water. Distilled water would be the best or even filtering the distilled water for even "cleaner" water

Okay, so you can by it at the same place as SPRING water, but isn't spring suppose to be filtered water as well? I must admit this is news to me.

Hi, none of our kits come with a LED, but you can get one at radioshack or pepboys.

Get the LED with the built in 1/4W, 680 ohm resistor. In the aplication your going to use it ones without will just make smoke or blow fuses.

Give one end of the LED 12V, hook the other to the 85 PIN of the relay.
