Default CM boost pressure switch not working & IC Sprayer Algorithm Question!

I just installed a meth kit on my car yesterday. It's the basic kit, but has the upgraded solenoid rather than a check valve. It was bought used off a forum member. I have the kit tapped into my washer fluid reservoir. When I tested the boost pressure switch, it worked fine and when it was installed it won't work. I screwed the allen screw all the way out (least pressure to engage) and have the wires on "COM" and "NO3" per the instructions. I pulled the hose off the tee into my boost line and blew as hard as I coud into the hose and it didn't kick on. I wanted to try the kit out, so tapped the signal wire into my IC sprayer line and am using the IC sprayer button to turn it on manually. Has anyone done this permanently using the algorithm mode on their IC sprayer? It seems to spray "most of the time" when in WOT. What inputs does the algorithm use to determine when too spray? I know the pump is working because the car will hold HOM when spraying but won't without the meth!

Thanks!!

unscrewing the boost switch all the way will cause the switch to not work or randoming turn on. Not the best thing to do.

Your best to turn in the screw a bit and hook up an LED to it to see when its turning on.

also, im guessing the min for the pressure switch is a couple psi, and Im pretty sure a human can blow that hard...lol

cm, what is the min psi required for it to turn on?

it depends on your altitude and how far the screw is turned. I can turn on at 0 PSI if conditions are right.
