Default what do i need to set my fpr at?

So i have the agp returnline kit i bought off a member of the forums, and was wondering what the fpr should be set at. FYI i am running 04 stock pcm and stage1/stock 04-05 injectors. stock turbo, stock boost(be turning it up soon), stock fuel pump.....fully built motor, and head if that matters.
