Hey guys, i was just thinking, what HP rating is the stg.1 injectors good to on a stock fuel system?/ i have the DSP with FPR and stock fuel system and if i turn up my boost to spike 20+, then i go lean and get some knk. so i know if i do the return line or stg.2's i can up the boosta bit more, but as of right now my fuel is maxed out in the 4K range (11.8) just curious what hp range im in also since ive maxed out my stg.1's already with the DSP and minimal mods. runs great with no issues, pulls like crazy, but of course i need more hp..dam mod bug..lol thanx!!

Spring mod: spike 22, holds 17 redline, AEM 3"cai & W/B, Greddy TT, DC strut bar. Mopar STS, MSD 8.5mm plug wires, Mopar Bov, Mopar stg.1 springs, Boomba solid mounts, catch can, NGK #4360, FPR, custom eyelids, Mitsu check valve, JBS Hard pipe, HP Racing 3" TBE, stock turbo and I/C..
Ditch the FPR & get a returnline (much much better) That will supply more than what your stock turbo could handle. If you need more you can rewire the fuel pump, do the bottle neck mod, get a Walbro 255 lph fuel pump & if you need more than that get S2 injectors. And if you still need more after all of that you're big turbo & north of 400 hp (tuned properly)
If you really want to max out the stocker your really need to look at water injection. It has it's own sub-forum here
the BEST thing you can do is a rewire... it wont drop the AFR's by much but is a much nicer flow through the RPMS and doesnt drop off.
and you need to do that anyway.
right now im on stock injectors, AGP returnline and fuel pump rewire... this alone the AFR's are 10.0 or below the entire pull on my delta 44 running 20 psi.
ive done all size injectors, ptps fpr mod, and finally broke down and got a returnline.
if i could do it again i wouldve just got a return line from the start... it makes driving better and doesnt affect your car running at all because of wrong sized injectors. the stage 2's werent too smooth and the 650's were just too rich for DD'ing.

sorry guys, the "fpr" in my post i meant fuel pump rewire, i thought that was the abbreviation for that, so yes i have the rewire done already, but just really wondering what hp max the stg.1's max out at, i would really like a reurn line set up or stg.2 injectors with a rescale, but as of right now i have no extra funds, so thats on hold, my question originally is a "silly" question, just a curiosity more than anything, as for water injection.. the parts list keeps gettin bigger,,haha i do appreciate everyones help tho.. im now accepting any parts donations...lol thanx guys

you can get a water injection kit and run meth and youll get about 2 more psi outta it with lots of timing. but make sure it stays full
ive seen/heard on this forum that they max out around 340whp hp give or take.

so the stg.1's can handle more fuel, but a return line is needed to max them out im assuming? why is everyonegoing with stg.2 injectors then?? plug and play??

correct.
most people do injectors because of the price, its about 100 dollars cheaper.
in the end the returnline is gonna give you the best results. it took me about an hour to install it, very easy install.
