For the record Aaron Neon also gets his from the Fuel Injector Clinic (or at least gets them tested there, that's what the flow chart I got came from)

I also have these injectors (615ccs) on my Stage3 with FM's 44lb wheel. But when I got my car dynoed, it was running really rich between 3K-5.5K. So rich that it was below the 10AFR line (off the chart) and my car was bogging. This is all Stage3 PCM controlled. My car still made 395whp and 427wtq but I would've wanted to see what it could've made with a more ideal AFR. Would've been nice to hit the 400mark. So tempted to put back the Stage3 injectors just to see how much of a diff. it makes. Or just go with a return line maybe. BTW, this was on race gas and holding 24psi. Other significant mods are TKMS Walbro255, FMIC, AGP WGA, Hardpipes, 3"Dump, 62mm TB and Ported IM.

I'm running full unmolested S3 fpr and rail.

I've heard that low end bog from several people with the bigger injectors & no SAFC to lean it out.

you get the same bog with the SAFC...it happens if you run a static pressure that's too low

Can't see how people can use them without pulling fuel so the car isn't rich as hell.

You are not using the S3 fuel rail. Completely different results.

Why?? I would think you could mock the s3 fuel system with a returnline. A local here ran a returnline with his s3 setup on a 03 rail with a walboro and it ran identical to a s3 fuel setup.

S3 rail has its own regulator, it doesn't provide a constant fuel pressure. Pressure varies with boost.
