Default Stage 3 pcm and 620cc or 650cc injectors for drivability?

Set up is basically full stage 3 but with 50trim. So question which will run better on stage 3 pcm? 620cc or 650cc? I've heard that 650's will run a little to rich at idle and cruzing speeds and 620's may run better of the stage 3 pcm. Any input is appreciated.

That's why I'm asking. We need injectors cuz it's just running on stage 1's for now to get around. The project's done once we get injectors.

I dunno about on the stg 3 pcm I would imagine 620cc's would ride better. Im running 650's on my S3D and its driveable but a little rich every now and a then

Yeah we really need to know what your goals are with the car as far as how much horsepower you want to make and how much drive ability you can sacrifice.Im sure if you piggy back the S3 PCM you should be fine.Theoretically.

Cuz stock s2/s3 are 682cc at 58psi vs 625cc at 42psi. The s2/s3 at 42psi do around 590cc or less.

But for our 400hp goal that's why we wanted to step up to 625cc. So far I'm hearing they'll run ok for idle and daily driving. We ordered them and will find out soon. Worst case is if we have a ton of fuel left and we reached our goal but drivability sucks we'll step down to S2/s3's. This is a daily driver and that comes first over just making it a HP monster.

Well if it dont drive all that great you could always just get a sct flash on your PCM for those injectors to even it out not saying you have to but it is a idea.

i have a set of 615's that i got from realtune on my s3 right now.

i have a F&F 44lb stage 3 setup. all stage 3 fueling otherwise all pcm controlled no piggybacks

thermal Exhaust
aem intake
55mm ported TB

and with the 615's upon first startup the car stumbled slightly, but after a few min of driving it was perfect. gas mileage is great, the car idles perfect.

at redline im seeing 10.7's on my wideband, when i had the s2's in i was seeing 11.8's-12.0's

Nice, we ordered the 625's and we'll see how they run. I expect them to be good for our set up. My no means will we be able to max out the 50 trim turbo but I think they'll be good enough for our 400hp goal.

ya they should def be good for 400whp. how much are you shooting for in the long run?

Im running the F&F 44lb s3 setup, and honestly, with the stock s3 wga, the car has plenty of power for everyday driving. ithink its cuz im a frickin snob and i dont want to lose my DAB living in newhampshire and driving the car year round the dab comes in handy.

I have 625's and they idle fine with a return line. Without one, well the car stalled and wouldn't move because it was dumping so much fuel
