Default return line/regulator question

hey guys,
recently installed a return line setup and 750's. no matter what pressure (32-40) i set the fpr to with or without the vac line hooked up the car idles at 14.7 but if i BARELY touch the gas pedal it will go into the 10/11's afrs. my question for you is do you think that the stuff i used to block the stock regulator isnt working? i have a gauge on the fpr at it reads pressure, but i cant think of anything that would make the car run that rich besides that.

anyone know what size the bushing is to block off the stock reg? i cant seem to find waterweld anywhere and i want to get my car up and running like it should already

any one have any info please help,
MrG

the 750's are big especially ones like the rc750's cause theyrate that at such low psi. you'll have to chage setting throughout the band on you powerpaq or your gonna run too rich. if you tap the gas and get a 10.xx on your wideband than you need to start pulling from start tofinish on the band.
