Default New Fuel Lines

okay so i am going to be running my 57 trim with my 750cc injectors...i know i "have" to get a return line kit....but anyways my plan is as follows from my walbro, steel braided lines to an inline filter (bypass that big black box), then to the front to a fuel cooler, to a FPR, and finally to the fuel rail..will this eliminate me having to get a fuel return line kit...??? sorry if noob question

First things first...do you already have your 57 trim??? Lol, I'm in san bernardino, and I'm selling my polished 57 trim CHEAP.

Secondly, you will run into a few issues. The fuel does not travel through the "big black box", only the fuel vapors do. That's part of your fuel evap system, and without it on the car you'll throw codes left and right. Secondly, essentially what your plans are is pretty much a returnline as is. The fuel cooler is not really necessary at all though. The fuel pressure regulator outside of the fuel cell has to have a return side on it otherwise it cannot regulate fuel. It's very easy to get this to work though, all you need is some stainless braided line going back to the tank or the filler neck which is not hard to do at all. I built my own returnline/fuel system so if you need any help with anything let me know, I'm just down the hill from ya

I was actually lookin for 350 for mine it's polished and everything with just under 4k miles on it.

As for the fuel cooler, you wouldn't see a huge gain at all...it would be minimal if any. Your best bet for somethin like that would be meth injection as it'll keep your engine/intake mani temps way lower than almost anything out there. At the track I started dumping ice into my tank along with my meth. I just use some distilled water and throw it in some ice trays in the freezer the night before and it works out good.

To answer the OPs question, my turbo is a garrett polished compressor side/turbonetics exhaust side T3/T04E 57 trim .63a/r with a stage III wheel in it. Good power comes out of this turbo, it likes high boost for sure!

Like I said, you won't see the gains you'd think you would out of a fuel cooler...at 50+psi fuel pressure the fuel is flowing through the lines and whatnot so quickly it wouldn't be in the cooler long enough to make drastic drops in temperature, so your 40 bucks is better spent on 3/4 tank of gas lol.

C2K: While I do believe I'm a great help in the fuel section, I do not know everything that's out there and I give most of my information based solely on personal experience. I built my fuel system from scratch, built my turbo setup from scratch, fabricated my dump tube and 02 housing (pain in the ASS lol) did all my electronis myself and tuned the car myself. Alot of this took place over a period of 13 months through trial and error, but it has netted me 400 horsepower for under 1600 dollars after everything was said and done That's mainly where I get all my info from, plus being on the forums and taking in as much info as I can doesn't hurt either lol.
