Default Lets get technical... FPR Mod, DTEC FC

Ok guys, here is my situation... The car has Stage 2 injectors, Walbro 255, PTP FPR Mod, and a DTEC FCBC...

I am currently running in Boost/Fuel per gear.

At idle, the car is ROUGH. Sounds like its missing badly. At WOT it pulls like a freight train, no lag, no surge, and running 10.8-11.3.

Then I started throwing Cylinder misfire codes. So I decided to reset the ECU and see if that affected anything. At idle I was pulling 28%. After reseting the ECU, the idle became smooth again and for about 2 minutes I had no problem, then it started jumping up into 15 afr then 16 afr. So I adjusted the fuel to only pull 19% which left me at 14.5-15 at idle. After driving home from work, I now have a very rough idle again and its acting like it did before the PCM reset...

I know by reseting the PCM, I cleared out the Long Term and Short Term fuel trims. I do not have a way of monitoring these fuel trims, but my question is, how should the car be adjust to help smooth out the idle? The idle was fine until I installed the FPR Mod, so I know it has something to do with Fuel Pressure.

check the o ring on the fpr.. i've personally seen it many times when people do the fpr mod and they re-install the fpr w/o the o ring. it may get suck inside the pump itself.. if it is.. get a pick and pull it out and reinstall on the fpr.

make sure the fpr is SNUG and tight.

We did both of these things when we installed it.. I bought the FPR mod already installed from a buddy who had it in his FPR.. We just switched FPRs. We made sure the was on the one we put into my car and that it was still on the one that we pulled out. It was very snug and tight when we re-installed it...
