Question Leaning Out Up Top HELP!!!

Just installed the following everything was new agp 50 trim kit along with the 255 pump, fuel pump rewire, agp returnline, 650 injectors have 750's as well for back ups, aem water meth kit, on safc II and ect.

I'm having problems starting the car like I have to prime it 3-4 times before I start it. Also I tuned the car on 22lbs and made 415whp, but now im leaning the car out and throwing a check engine light the code is P0108.

I've noticed when I made the last pull on the dyno that when the cars on full throttle im watching the pressure regulator and it starts to bleed down? Also the car ran out of gas, but the cluster didn't even trigger the gas light yet.

Any help will really be appreciated thank you
