FYI - i have had trouble with the wideband read out from Aero, it was very slow reading and off quite a bit. Compared against two other widebands (they both matched) it was off more than .7 it was reading leaner than actual. Plugs confirmed, they were dark brown after a few runs.
But anyways, it sounds more like a gauge issue, the aeroforce is having a shit fit. The short trims were not that bad, common for weather change. My bet is something got fried in there.
Do a datalog on the DSP and look at your trims that way.
good idea. i will got log the idle and post it up or i can send it to you or something and see what you think. im guessing its either the gauge or the upstream o2 sensor.

Make it a graph or csv extract, i dont have dsp dashboard to view the log file.
bump for more info.. swapped oo2 sensors and still same problem. idles at like 15.7-16.0. pulled the wideband sensor and cleaned it and still the same thing. re calibrated the wideband and still the same. im running out of ideas. idles smooth. (its the wideband from aeroforce and plugs into the scangauge.) today though the scangauge would not turn off. even after taking out the key it was still drawing current and it stays on. WTF.
Sorry i had a tough weekend, didn't get to see the logs. Let me take a quick look and get back to you. First glance everything looks normal, my guess is your gauge is fubarred.
Something isnt right. In the csv file you sent, the long-term trims are zero the entire time. Must be that you didn't let it run long enough to let them kick in. Though your short-terms were way off, sometimes over +20. That means youre legitimately running lean, not just having an issue with the gauges, though something is still up with your scan-gauge.
Seems like you have a mechanical issue. Next step is to check fuel pressure. Do you have any way of checking it? Do you have schrader valve at the end of your fuel rail? Returnline by chance? This HAS to be your next check, so its time to go that route.

thats what im thinking, i check the fuel trims again and i got a long term of 7.0 and short term as you can see if crazy. i have a scrader valve at the end of my rail but i dont have a return. i popped the rail off and injectors off the rail and i saw nothing wrong. is there anyway i can put a fuel pressure gauge on the end of the rail and see what the fuel pressure is at the rail at idle. it should be a solid 58. what do you think about the cam pos deg being 0.0 and it should be about 360. so what do you think
ok guys. still have not figured out this damn problem. i do hear a small ticking sound coming from the valve cover/ injector area...maybe a cracked intake spring? just not closing all the way and letting to much air into the system? i cant figure it out man.
