Default Lack of fuel after shifting gears and while idling

I have been having this issue where I come to a stop and the A/F ratio goes really lean like the car is not getting enough fuel and it sputters and feels like it is going to cut off. I also get this issue when I am shifting gears alot of the time like when I let off the throttle and shift and then get back on it sometimes it will go really lean and kind of buck/bog down. I know this isnt good for the car. I have the AGP 50 trim, AGP return line, Walbro fuel pump and the RC 750 injectors. I dont really know whats going on but its starting to worry me. If anyone can help me out with this it would be awesome. Thanks a lot
