Default kinda lean help, bad pump?

Im running a stock fuel pump with the bottle neck mod and return line dumping into the canister. Iv noticed lately that it has been taking 2 key turns to prime the fuel lines. theres no leak's anywhere I'v checked and I'v noticed that lately i have been running leaner and leaner and i have to keep backing the boost down iv even raised my base fuel pressure to 60psi and its raise 1:1 from there and its still lean iv also backed my map clamp all the way out. i have a feeling that my fuel pump is going bad but i also have a earls 25 micron inline fuel filter could that be clogged or is my pump going bad. i was running 22psi of boost and i have had to back it down to 18psi to keep it under 12.5 afr. with the map not clamped. the car has 50,000 miles on it and its the factory pump, the car is a 2004.
