Default Injectors & Return line help

Right now I got 750cc's with a return line & walbro fuel pump. I'm putting my car back to stock. This weekend I plan on swapping out the injectors for stock injectors, taking off the return line, EBC, & AFC Neo. After doing so, the car should be running on the stock fuel system/boost with a 50 trim.

My question is, will leaving the Walbro fuel pump on the car screw up the way the stock fuel system runs? Also, do I need to reflash the PCM to run on the stock fuel system after I take off the Neo?

Everything will be cool, just make sure you put the stock regulator back in so it's at 58psi again
